Get this....I try to check out using Firefox browser and it gives me all these issues and changes...15 minutes later I try in IE and it is fine....WTF?

Also, the new site design apparently delivers the Activation codes much faster after purchase than ever before....almost making up for the last hour of frustration...

I wish I had taken a screen shot, I was like, "umm no." Then I called starlite and they had told me they had been experiencing weird stuff trying to use the new site this morning too.

First Ive heard of any of these issues. I'll follow them up this morning.

We did expect a few issues, and haven't had any significant issues touch wood...
Licenses are $125, and have been for the last couple of years.

Based on your account details, additional taxes will be added. Given we are a New Zealand company, all NZ customers are subject to VAT/GST on local purchases. Is there any possibility to speed up your account setup you either left that blank (and the system defaulted) or you selected NZ?
