That is awesome Josh!:thumb: Sleeper look to with being lowered with the street tires.

Very nice on the details too. I like the trans dipstick and adaptation of the other blanket (We did similar with a Deist blanket).

That's a sweet looking truck, did you put a lowering kit on it at all? Not going to look near as nice when the cage goes in but you got to have it. I assume the front cross bar will go behind the dash? How are you going to handle the rear support bars?

I think the coilover shocks we used may be a little shorter than most people use, and it has DJM lowering hangers and shackles on the back. If behind the dash you mean outside the dash, then yes. The rear bars will go out the back window which will be replaced with a piece of lexan. The chassis guy said something about crossing the bars as well. We'll just have to wait and see what he comes up with. From what I saw at his shop, he does really nice work.

He said he may have to do it to clear the stacks, but I'm sure the benefits you listed are also true, Everett.

I thought I would post a little update. The roll cage is all done (other than paint) and has a nice little NHRA inspection sticker on it. We weighed it today, and it came in at 6060 lbs without the driver. A little heavier than I would like to see, but there may be a little more we can pull to drop a few pounds. It still needs an alignment and needs a little wiring. I think we are going to try to get it on an 1/8 mile track next weekend for a monthly diesel race and then try to get it on a 1/4 mile track next time out. Here are a few pictures I snapped real quick yesterday.

Get rid of the door moldings, spray in liner, and run a hood stack. Help some on weight. Looking good too.
The door moldings will be coming off. It's getting some stickers made to go on the door and bed.

Here's the first rendering from the graphics company of what the wrap may look like. I know it's a short bed.
