I would go ahead and turn regen sucess to "0". Thats what I did to my tune, dont know if its necessary but I am code free! With that being said you might look at shutting off any and all dpf related codes. I've got a pretty nice running dsp5 setup that I'd let you look at for ideas. Its setup as an optimized stock tune,mileage, 20/20 tow tune, 2700 us street tune and a 3000us race tune. Its got tubo braking on stock and dsp3 tunes. Its also the same O.S. as yours.

Ok so I got the tune in the truck, no codes no c.e.l but when I'm driving it seems to rev up and down without me on the throttle, also it does throw some smoke, is that normal with egr turned off?

I'm not sure that setting B1501 to "Disable" actually disables the EGR does it?
Isn't that actually EGR monitoring?
Don't the temp limits B1503 & B1504 need to be changed to actually turn disable it?

There are a long list of settings that can be changed, many of which are redundant.
i.e.: "or" rather than "and"

pvc re-route and why not put the dsp 5 under the hood now and leave it on a good eco tune when i was stock i got 22 mpg hwy and 19 city any old man would like this...
diamond eye turbo back is way cheaper than banks
oh and get the trans lines upgraded asap even if you are staying stock
