tcm0700 code with only a 40hp predator tune

truck has a new spin on about every 5k and about 50k on a mikel sc3. Got a tcm0700 today. It did have a bad 2-3 shift while towing 10k, but did not light the code up until later when empty and a cold start. Any ideas?? I cannot get the light off with the predator. Thanks.

More info now. truck is actually shutting down. goes thru one shift sequence ok then goes into 2000rpm limp then progressively slows down then shuts off. attempt to clear code with predator then go through it again. Help I was planning to race next weekend and it is not looking good.

Are you sure that the P0700 is the only code?

Predator can not access the TCM so it will not clear a P0700.

went and drove it again. it 1093'ed this time. Rail pressure dropped to 25% of desired. I wonder if the tcm was confused by a lack of fuel pressure to make the shift happen?So it tripped the 0700 code? I have more filters i will replace them in the a.m. and hope that fixes it.

Fuel filters can cause some funny shit if they're dirty......

the p0700 code just lights the check engine lamp, there should be another code for why its putting you in limp. new spin on filter probly wont change anything.

The Alli was scheduled to make a shift at a certain speed and throttle and it could not because of the rpm limit on engine. It aborted the shift and threw a CEL with P0700 because that's all it knew to do. I see some weird shit like this all the time.
