TCM location

Ok so my dealership is saying that they need to replace the Trans control Module (TCM). Isn't the ECM and TCM the same controller on a LMM? I cant find a place to buy the TCM's but i can get the ECM's for half of what they want to sell me one for at ecuputlet.com.

Can someone straighten me out plz?

TCM is mounted on radiator/fan shroud in the front, next to drive battery. The ECM is just below it a bit by the battery. The TCM has a bunch of ribbed pins (cooling I guess) sticking out.

ECU has I think 2 LMM ECM in stock, As for LMM TCMs I have no source.
