T4 Flange bolts backing out!

Anyone know what I can use to keep T4 Flange bolts from backing out? Would loctite holdup to the heat? Asking for a buddy I'm helping, he will tighten his t4 Flange bolts to hold down the turbo and they will back out almost all the way simply going on a 10 minute drive!

New bolts and chase the threads with a good tap. Use a little lube on bolts and they gotta be TIGHT. Keep going around them till quit moving. What I would do anyway.

Are they bolts or studs? I always use two studs and two bolts. Never had them back out

Where the turbo bolts to the pedestal, it's 4 bolts that are threaded and they back out even if you get them as tight as possible.

stage 8 locking fasteners if you can get them in there.
