I'm looking to ditch the vvt in the valley when I finally finish my compound setup. I've been thinking of running a fixed 364 with the 475 over it, or maybe a 366 with the 475 (but don't want the lag of the 366). And of course I want to keep the quick spool up as the stocker has... My truck has an LBZ motor with all the bolt on mods to support about 600hp and built trans. 37's and 4.56's, efi with dsp5. I don't tow and I dd this truck. Should I run a t3 or t4? Not going for a stupid number for hp either. I want 600ish. If not, no big deal. I want to keep the truck reliable, fast and fun to drive.

X2. Run the stocker with 40 over injectors and you will be happy.

Thought about it, even doing a bmw. Don't want to pull the stocker to do a bmw. If I go that far the stocker won't go back in. I plan on running 30 or 40 over injectors.

if you want quick tire lighting and very fast spool id go with the 364 in the valley. Wonder what 2 366s would run like? Just curious.......look what 3 366s gets you, instant spool and 1000 horse at the rear wheels.

My t4 billet 66 will out spool my t3 64 all day every day no tuning changes between the two id go with a non gated t4 66/73 .90 ar billet wheel :thumb: I wouldn't waste money on a 64mm imo I wejt from a best of a 12.68 on my 64 to a 12.17 with just a turbo swap and less fuel by 100us on my 45% overs

Either of you running these on a twin set up???? My t3 II 366 would spool instantly and if your trying to light the bigger turbo I think T3 is the way to go.

My 66 is a t4, and I would definitely trade it out for a t3 66 or smaller just to have it light faster.

My opinion, if you want 600hp don't go overkill on the turbo(s). Get something that puts you there with controlled egt's and lights fast as possible!!!

Ill have a batmo 480 on soon the t4 flows more so will imo spool the 80 faster as more air is flowing with less restrictions. And ive installed a few ii 66s and imo they dont spool as good as a t4 based 66
