T-case failure

Think I finally broke something. 4x4 let go last night doing boosted launches. No problems until I the last run, went to launch and realized 4x4 wasn't engaged. Never any noise or pop, just no power transfer. Jacked it up today, actuator is working fine, low range engages just never locks the front driveshaft. I'm leaning towards the front output being broke but I don't feel any play. All guesses right now, ill know this week hopefully!

On the bright side, 13psi launches like a dream with the lowered stance. Very smooth out of the hole. Probably did 7-8 launches

Did you pull the shift motor and try too shift it manually?? Crazy those Borg Warner's are tough....

Not yet. I will try to do that this afternoon to troubleshoot a little further before it gets torn down

I manually actuated it, something definitely let go. No grinding of any sort, just no power to the front driveshaft.

prorlly not much let me see if its ok the t case i down at my buddies trans shop taken apart the 1 bering and the tail housing are no good and i stoped there i have another spare and didnt feel like putting the money into this 1,ill check tomorrow and let you know
