Swelled injector nozzle Looking for Dracing70 (Will Dvorak)



I went to use my 60 over injectors I bought awhile back from a member on here (I will find his name on my PayPal and see if I can look him up on here) and this is what I find on the first one out of the box. These were said to be Exergy and they very well could be but check out the nozzle and how it is swelled up. Anyone ever see this before?

He responded to an email. says he can't remember selling them even though I can prove they came from him. it says right in the paypal transasction 60% LLY injectors. oh well I guess I can just have that fixed and sell them. or run them.

Stand up kinda guy. If they were bought as good nozzles you shouldn't have to fix them.

yeah he does now. he said they ran good when he took them out. and he didn't sell them to me knowing it had a swelled up nozzle. I would not have seen it either but I was cleaning them to put new coppers on and looking them over and found that.

Will it fit in the nozzle bore in the head like that? Just wondering if you were able to try it

Yes it will. I'm going to take the nozzle off and see if the pintle is still tight in the nozzle. I doubt it is though.

I don't see how that's possible. Is it all the way around, or bulged on one side? Is it bigger around in that spot, or is the rest of the nozzle just smaller?

probably 2/3 to 3/4 around the diameter is miss shaped. I just cleaned and checked all the rest of them and they are all fine just one is messed up. so since Bill isn't wanting to help who wants to buy a good set of slightly used exergy 60 over LLY's Ill send them to a shop to get tested repaired for whoevers buys them and then they can send them to you. I payed 2330$ make someone a good deal and would like cores if possible.

Its bigger in that spot the other part is the same diameter as the rest of the nozzles.
