Hope this is in the right place. I installed the moog front bump stops and as soon as I let the truck down it was resting in them. Is there a measurement that is supposed to be between the bump stop and the control arm? From the ground to bottom of fender flair I was 39.5” and so I raised it to 40” to get some clearance.

It’s supposed to rest on them. Not squish them, they’re part of the suspension I believe

you want the bumps to juuuuuust squish a bit. should be no light between the arm and bump.

Any of you have any recommendations on lowering a cateye 2500 2/4 or 3/5in? Like any brands that are good or anything first time lowering a truck but have lifted many thanks for any help
