Suspension help needed

New on her but looking for some help on a 2006 2500HD 6.6 with a RCD 6" kit. Why is my front end like this? I have had main frame measured and it's good. The truck was wrecked but fixed by insurance, just not correctly. Any ideas? Photo attached. Thanks in advance!

Stupid question... But have you had an alignment on it? Looks like your tie rods need to be adjusted out

Yes it won't fully align, not very far out at all though. All new moog inners and outers, ider, pitman, and steering gear box.

My concern is the offset to the right. it's about 1.5".....?????? Just since wreck.

What kind of accident was it? Maybe the cab is tweaked off the side? The RCD is a pretty stout suspension, I've hit rocks multiple times and its still straight as an arrow.

Front left. No body damage. A arms on left, axle, hub, shock, sway bar all new. Gone through several left hubs.

Take a pic of the subframe. Was it hit on the wheel? Also measure the frame to the outer part of the fender and make sure they are even to rule out the frame isn't tweaked, regardless of it being checked out by the body shop. Something is definitely binding your left front to cause that many wheel hub replacement.

a good alignment shop and front end tech should be able to figure it out. Only a couple of things can cause it to toe like that

Have been told the kit is bent but I don't agree. I have had it at 4 different shops and not only e has identified the exact problem....sucks. Just want it fixed.

Looks like the fanoogler is fanagled.... Kidding man I hate when lifts push out the front tires like that if they replaced the left front spindle and A Arms they could be the problem? I remember some kits came with new spindles and others just dropped the stock A arms maybe somethings off there idk

Maybe that spindle is from a different lift kit company with more offset than the left side?

I'm pretty sure that's normal. My truck is the same way. The passenger's side sticks out a bit more than the driver side. I bought my '06 new. I looked it up and found many people with the same concern but it seems that's how it's from the factory. It was like that before I installed the 8" fabtech lift

That is pretty substantial there. I would throughly check the frame and spindle area. Especially behind the wheel. It is tweaked pretty easily. I had a issue myself and both shops and their frame experts could find it and it was a new frame. What the guy had done on mine was take the spring pack apart and reassemble it laying on its side. That caused the truck to dog track . Everyone said "I can see it but in the checks out within specs ". You could measure 5/8 difference. I had to fix it myself. Pull a centerline on the frame and start measuring to see when the differences come in at.

So im curious whats going on or if you found a solution. I was involved in an accident on the highway on friday, a car passed me on the left lost control a nd spun out, the front of there car must have it my tire cuz there is zero body imperfections. Truck drives straight on its own but for it to drive straight the steering wheel is slightly turned to the left amd if you get out and look at the front of the truck it looks like the front drivers wheel is pushed in just like yours but i cant tell if it really is or just my mind playing tricks on me
