Sushi - good or no?

Most sushi you get here in the states is quite palatable. I lived in Japan for a while so the stuff here is pretty tame and tasty. I suggest the vegas roll.
OMFG!! That's the biggest lobster I've ever seen!! My g/f would faint in ecstasy if she saw that!!
All we get is little guys here in the middle of the US.
Personally I'm a meat eater, but I do like some fish. But anything other than fish and I just don't have a taste for it. Did sushi once and never again, it wasn't unbearable, just not for me. I like mostly fresh fish, maybe some salmon or tuna, or red snapper, but nothing to crazy. But being in Nebraska, I like BEEF the best!!

We had the same fellas cater our race team at the track once, poor crowd, the smoker was sending delicious smells all over and looked like a pack of wolves around us:rofl:
They have the best pork ribs, no BBQ, just dry-rubbed and smoked till it falls off the bone, :drool:

Had some civiche yesterday.....Pretty good really! I dunno if it technical qualifys but its with in the realm. Raw seafood with red sauce and lime juice. The lime "cures" the food.
I hate veggies but all in this civiche mix was the fish, shrimp, octopus, and avacado!
Oh, and Jordan, the 4th BBQ.....Didnt go, hurt too much and stayed home but my folks said it wasnt that great and no ribs

:hug:Thanks thats all I wanted to hear even if you are just tryin to make me feel good. We'll tear it up at the shop. I just got a pool table Tanner went down to pic it up this weekend. Lookin at new grills now. It is really hard to find big charcoal grills nowadays, everyone uses gas, WTF? Gas sucks ass. 3 beer fridges have been installed. Just a few more months.:coolspot:

Funny you mentioned it, buddy Brendan (you met him at the dyno) had a small one we keep beer in and is moving a full beer fridge in and has one more if needed, :devil:
Pool, Sweet! I had a crappy table i sold a few yrs ago, no room but no loss, cheapy table. My pool skills arnt to great but... i have my moments
We have a decent Coleman gasser but i like charcoal grillin better! I agree, selection is slimer unless you shell out some big bucks. Webers are decent, i have a mini one at work for days i want a Real lunch :drool:
I wanna just build a bad ass monster grill/smoker! Do it up all nice! Mabye have gas for rapid starts or side burners or somthin? And i like welding and fabbin! Ever been to "The Yard Store" in Wichita? A fabricators dream store! I can make a wicked grill in my head walkin round there!
