The lights just so happened to be a different video reason but the sound showed itself so it made sense !! They do all kinds of cool things for the car shows I go to

Moved the downpipe it was against bellhousing however st8'll makes this noise. Also noted 209 on the temp gauge 5today with 80 ambient and cruising in and out of back roads and traffic. Seemed a little warm to me... Just did the new springs and new pan filter

It's been here for a little while but getting louder now and even when I take off from a grade it'll do it just a little. It's defiantly from the bellhousing area

Is your dipstick tube rattling? Maybe the inspection plate cover on the bottom? Front pipe of exhaust touching torsion bar cross memeber? Have the hanger exhaust hanger that bolts to the trans? Check fuel line brackets that bolt to the driver's side of trans. I'm running our of ideas lol

I adjusted down pipe and put some thick heat wrap on the dipstick and on downpipe where it could hit the trans. All exhaust hangers are in good shape. I'm at a loss here

Any chance a torrington bearing got installed 180? I have heard of builders tearing trans down for inspection and find torringtons flipped. Some fail right away and I guess some make it awhile.

No they don't. If a Torrington got that bad you would have shifting issues.
You still have to remember that noises can be tough to diagnose even when you have the truck at hand.

I have the same issue except you can see my exhaust leak.. Mine gets worse when boot builds. My truck sounds very similar to yours by the way...
