The only reason they would freeze is if you got water in the fuel. Most fuel from the pump is treated to -30 or so. The only reason fuel "Gels" is because of the condensation it picks up during handling. Run a good fuel additive that disperses the water and your freezing troubles go away.

Anyone have trouble with the sumps tending to freeze up in the winter more? I'm actually on a stock pickup still, but been thinking about a sump. The stock pickup is keeping up with 2 stock pumps with 120% over 2700us, so not sure if it is really worth it or not.
