Subwoofer location?

I am getting ready to trade my Colorado for an 01 2500 HD and am anticipating subs in it. Wher and what size can you fit it is a Crew cab?

I have 2 12's in a ported box behind the rear seat, but I had to move the seat ahead 4" to fit it. 10's will fit with no seat moving required though.

I have two mtx 10's in a mtx plastic box that fits behind the back seat perfect. I have a few friends that put some 12's under their back seat but it just seams to rattle the roof more. I suggest the mtx custom box. Its not too expensive and puts out some nice clean bass

i got 2 kicker l5 8" under the back seats in .75cf sealed boxes with amp rack and both amps and x-overs behind the sseat 1000 on the bass and 500 on the topend so far i got 1 trophy

one 10" infinity kappa perfect 10.1d in a sealed box behind the seat, alpine mrd-m605 amp under the rear seat. Sounds great to me...

I like the behind the seat boxes a lot better because with the under seat boxes, you cant fold the seats down.

my 10's are under the seat but can't sound even close to a ported box. is there any way to have a ported box under the seat?
