Subwoofer help!

The one I ordered had both subs side by side behind the drivers sider rear seat. Obviously there was a mistake made and they built it with a sub behind each seat. I'm glad there was a mistake I actually like this one better.
The best sounding system that I have put together was an Alpine R series 10" sub and a 700w infinity mono amp. I had the box at the high end of the total cubic inch range. It sounded great, clean, crisp hits without all that extra "woofing" that 12's seem to produce. My next system will probably be two 8" alpines.

I have a 6.5 JL w3 in my racetruck where the factory sub goes. It's stupid loud. It puts my wife's (2) 10 w1s to shame she had in the CC.

After breaking it in, I'm way more impressed with it. I would say it hits as hard as some shallow mount 10's. For the size it will be hard to beat. In a standard cab, it fits perfectly behind the jumpseat. Hope that helps.
