Just hit a snag in the middle of doing my injectors. Need some advice on how to get insanely tight banjo bolts out. My vices and locks just can't do it.

Started with the driver side first to get the harder part over with. Bolt closest to the front of the truck is absolutely gone and so is the 3rd one back, haven't touched the 4th yet.

Nvm, found another post about drilling them out and it worked. Idk about getting it out of the injector but at least I can take the line off and put the new ones in.

Yeah, drilling them out went very well. Just in case anyone experiences this and don't have an extractor like myself.

Till next time, thanks guys.

You have to drill for an extractor too. Return lines are cheap.

Irwin makes a lh threaded socket for removing bolts that works great. Tap the socket on the banjo head the taper actually helps or grab. Then attach a ratchet and torque em off.

My luck didn't stop at the return line banjos so my injectors took some patients lots of tools and a few I had to make.
