Strange EFIlive error

I downloaded a friends stock tune from his LBZ today and it downloaded. But when I went to open it I got this popup. I don't understand because I have the latest everything for efilive. I guess he had a hypertech and last time it was interrupted during flash so he took it to the dealer for a reflash. They reflashed it, but now I can't even open up the stock tune.

what version EFILive are you using?? did you update your firmware?? Did you download both v7.5 and v8??

Current version is 317.......

Any one of these can cause your issue

You probably need to go to the forum and get the latest beta update then update firmware

Like was mentioned, even though the update checker says you have latest, the tuner is using beta software if available, so you will have to update to it from the forum
