Anyone know at what point my stock cp3 maxes out for hp? I hear stock injectors will do up to 550-600hp but will the cp3 keep up with a lift pump?

Im just putting everything in my sig on the truck and I want to get the most out of my stock motor and stock turbo.

I got 96K on my stocker with stock injectors and made 571 but that is with a different turbo and air and exhaust plumbing and on a load dyno. by the looks of your sig we have similar setups. what are you running for a turbo? if stock your pretty maxed out at 550. and and my cp keeps up pretty well until the higher rpm. i also havent touched my fuel pressure relief. need to shim mine.

Turbo is stock and I plan to keep it that way but Ill have to see for myself how egts are in a max effort tune. I figured if I dont increase the pressure Ill increase the volume with castflows and 3 inch tubing on the intake side.

550 i would be content with, I just didnt know if an Lbz pump or something that flows more was needed for fuel. So it sounds like air will be my limitation for power?

I made 620 with my stock pump. LBZ pumps are obviously stronger than LB7 pumps, but mid to high 500s should be achievable on stock pump. Stock turbo will be your limitation, I'd be surprised if you broke into the 500s with a stock turbo.

Really? I thought a completely stock motor and turbo lb7 will hit 500 on a max effort tune, lift pump, trans, and no other mods.

So everything in my sig and I wont be at 500 with a max effort tune?

okay, well I havent had a rail pressure issue yet but Ill have to see with a big tune what happens. I deleted the factory fuel filter completely and have an ad165 so I think any issue would be associated with the cp3 or a fuel line.

I do have the ppe valve in now as long as that sufficient.

X2. Personally haven't had that issue with his mileage tho

ive seen guys drop rail to 18k after only 20k on a fresh full new fuel system. not to metion our air/temps out here sucks. 500hp would be at the high end of the scale

My #7 had EFI dsp5 by EPR a fass 150, mbrp 4" Exhaust, PPE Valve, and stock intake and made 548hp on Industrials Dyno and 549hp on Hallers Dyno, 547 on Custom Auto's Dyno. Since then I have added ported turbo inlet pipe, Diamond Eye Down Pipe and AFE Stage ll intake. I am curious to see if I gained anything. I know my tune #2 made 542hp and held rail. My big tune drained the rail down to 18k but still put good #'s down. A set of twins and a dual C would sure help out!:D
