Hellcat is rated for 707hp, but will only run 10.80s on drag radials. They're slow from a dig on street tires.

Yes, but current rules allow 2009 and newer cars to run 10.0/135 mph without making any changes.

How do you know that this Vette was completely stock? It didn't sound stock to me. The numbers that I saw on the Vettes wasn't close to that number.

After looking it is pretty legit. The 8 speed automatic could do it but the manual is low 11s.
