LB7: Steering wheel controls

Is it possible to add steering wheel controls to a truck that doesn’t have them? I have a 04 GMC Sierra 2500hd thanks in advance

03-07 steering wheel with buttons, new clockspring and have the BCM programmed.

I put an 06 steering shaft and wheel into my 02.switched over my ignition key,believe I had to tap one hole that was there but untapped.then used a PAC control box to work my after market pioneer radio,

I think you also have to add the harness for it too
