I really dont feel like not being able to drive my truck for another month and a half since it takes 3-4 weeks just to get it from canada down to suncoast. If you dont have any useful information dont post. :violent:

Is it flaring any other shifts? Can you log it for us? Log the TCM and grab input speed, turbine speed, and output speed, also grab throttle and TCC state.
Is it worse in T/H or in normal mode, light throttle or heavy?

He has posted some helpful things on the thread, but so far, without more information from you, like log data, makes it hard to diagnose anything.
The Transmission was made by Suncoast, then they will warranty it. If you call them direct, they will do what you paid them to do. They will also do it with pleasure too. Great people.
No one wants to do without their truck for a day let alone a month. You are right and we all feel for you. It could be anyone of us, and most of us have been through not having their truck for a while.
Call Suncoast, and if they give you the run around, then take names and post it. Fair?

I have a buddy that is on this forum that is having the same problem. He has had his trans in a few months now and his 3-4 still slams hard. He has tried everything and can't fix it. He has been told by numerous people that the hard shift is the way it is supposed to be. I just had my trans built and mine was slamming the 3-4 hard to begin with. Have put about 400 miles on it and it calmed right down. Not sure what to tell you. Contact Suncoast and have it fixed up.
The transgo kit causes the 3-4 hard shift.. and yes it will calm down after a while.
This is different.. He says it's flaring the 3-4 shift.
Yes it is, light-medium throttle it shifts fine, WOT it will hang for 3-5 secs like its in neutral then slam into 4th gear, all the other gears are fine during WOT tho, then i dono about the reverse clunks. I cannot log anything right now i am away at work for 2 weeks, T/H is a little better but it still does it.
ahhh see this is different then what mine is doin 03. I have no flaring, hanging up before the shift. It just slams straight into fourth really hard, it does it hard enought it causes the truck to give a jerk and act like it double shift (or atleast this is my theory). i dunno any more

3-4 and 4-3 have been cleared twice, its going to the dealership thursday for the fast learn, if it doesnt clean up after that its going back to suncoast. Then after that its getting sold and im buying a LMM. Its forsale right now, i got 3 people interested..ive put over 12k into it.
My SC III in my LLY has been doing that for over a year, sometimes after changing to a 01 os and back to a 05os it will act a little different while relearning.
