New here, not sure if its the right place to post this? Just replaced the head gaskets. Truck starts for 1 second and shuts down. No problem before repair. Batteries disconnected for two weeks. Interestingly, the windows and locks no longer work. The radio head unit stays on. No chime for doors or headlights. The OBD port doesn’t communicate with reader. Filter primes up tight and doesn’t leak. Fuel at schrader valve. all fuses are responsive. Ive checked connections and all seems well. Any ideas from the good crowd are GREATLY appreciated!

You might have something interfering with the communication lines if you can't connect to the OBD. Like mentioned, try the radio. But may need to dig into it with a meter and measure resistance of the termination resistors through the lines to see if you have any shorts or breaks

So I pulled the radio fuse and the truck started right up! Aftermarket Sony head unit. Not exactly sure why that happened as it was fine before the teardown. Anyway, thank you guys SO MUCH for your help!!

It's probably your interface module that integrates the door dinger and steering wheel controls. They can really screw with data communication circuits.
