This looks pretty good actually. If I didn't pull my boat every weekend in the summer I would consider this.

They were a whore to install, I had to do a lot of "clearancing" of the mirror mount and door mounting face. Overall it took me a couple hours of fine tuning and taking them off and on to get them to fit, I'm still not done I plan to cut the bottom more and finish wiring them up just ran out of solder.

I just wanted to do it because soo many said it was not possible

I will take a few when I get home, I'll show you what I mean by fitment on the bottom. The final trim isnt complete yet but the body lines don't match perfect bit its close enough nobody will know unless they look hard.

I still have a lot more trimming left to do to get the mirrors to suck up against the body butbtgis is how they sit after trimming the crap off the back just to make them bolt on. Weather has been poo and I dont have a garage.

Also need need o find a wire connector diagram from the new morrors showing what pin is what function or just test them one at a time until I figure out what's what.

Mirrors are 2009 2500 HD power heated

Truck is an 02 but I think I figured the door side out I just used a test light at each pin and hit the appropriate button for mirror functions

Wow thanks man! Won't know until I test but that looks right, that's gonna be a huge help. Beats having to apply power individuallyto each pin to check function.

No problem, I've got access to most of the diagrams and I was standing at the computer anyway.

Bumpin this. Anyone else have pics of standard mirrors have a nice set laying in the shop that I'm debating about putting on to replace my shakey cheap tow mirrors.
