Like the title says, those who were wanting the ability to bolt a VNT onto your LB7 it's now possible!

Here's a teaser video of it in action on a 2005 CR Dodge.

They're available now. BTW it's fully user adjustable with maps just like EFILive!

Thanks,

Brayden

Hey Brayden
Can we add a VVT to a 2001 dodge? Do you have something to mount it all.

Brayden here's a quick question for ya. Can I keep the tuning that I have now for my LB7 Cheetah or is it back to the drawing board? Reason I ask is because my tuning now really hauls ass.

Thanks

Nick

You can mount a VNT on anything with this kit. T4 manifold is all you need and we have them in stock.

Brayden

wasnt sure since the stock LLY and LBZ dont use the t-3 or t-4 and are up pipe setup.Do you have anymore pics of how that is mounted in that dodge?

Thanks
Henry

This is really buggin the hell out of me. All this time I have drooled over a vvt sound and knew it would never happen on my lb7. I bought a gt4088r thinking that was the next best thing and now this?!?!??!?!?!? . Makes me want to spend money I don't have. What about the avnt4094? How would that compare to the cheetah with the controller?

Jonathan, the controller would need to be used to make either of them work. The 68mm Cheetah has the same compressor wheel in it, stuffed in a machined out stock LBZ turbo housing. The Cheetah has a stock LBZ turbine housing with a machined 4088 turbine wheel in it. The AVNT 4094 is designed and made by Garrett with a 4094 compressor wheel, and a turbine that is designed to be in a variable turbo, in a housing that was made for it. Both are going to produce very close to the same power, they both make all the VVT noise you want. IMO the AVNT 4094 will be a better option for you because you don't have a core LBZ charger to give Fleece, it will be cheaper overall, and it will be a completely new charger. But also IMO for what you will lose on the 4088 and spend on getting this setup on your truck there are more beneficial options out there.
