Ok so I need some help. I’m have a 2004 LB7 210k 50k on new injectors. No mods, Ca smog ready(EGR,cat ect). All stock.

It will start fine when cold.
It will run normal in tell the temp reaches about 180° then it wants to stall out like it’s not getting fuel but will start back up right away. Around 190° it dies and will not start back up with out cranking for 30 seconds to a min. No check engine light comes on.

If you have any advice I’ll gladly take it.

“Added” when it starts to stall the door lock actuators lock, unlock a few times.

I have codes now...

P0102-mass or volume air flow circuit low input
P0202- injector circuit / open - cylinder 2
P0208- injector circuit / open - cylinder 8
P0335- Crankshaft position sensor a circuit
P0404- EGR control circuit range/performance
P0700- transmission control system (mil request)
P1093- fuel rail pressure range/performance
P2149- fuel injector group “B” supply voltage circuit/open
P0726- engine speed input circuit range/performance
P0777- pressure control solenoid B stuck on
P0700- transmission control system (mil request)

Changed the Crankshaft position sensor
Changed the fuel filter.

Any ideals on what to try next?

Also my ac quit working the first time it shut off on me, I noticed the clutch is broke so it no longer ingages.

Looks like you are missing the 5 volt supply for the sensors. Maybe sorted out or broken wire.

I think oil pressure sensor or another one can cause it when it goes bad. Someone else may know.

Also check the large bale connectors on the top driver side of the engine for bent or pushed back pins

Also, check for chaffing on the harness especially around the alternator bracket
