LB7: Stalled now won't start

There are no dowl pins, 3 bolts only, it has to go back in the correct pos, ill post a pic tomarrow for the pos. Clean the parts good as ya can, use some locktite on the bolts!

Ok wasn't sure about the dowel pins. And yes I'm going to loc tite them. My balancer bolt didn't have any on it. It came out fairly easy.

It's alive once again. It took us a total of around 8 hours and a 18 pack of beer over three days. Not too bad of a job though. Thanks for all the help

I changed out the fuel filter and filled it with fuel prior to installing. Started the truck it ran for a minute and stalled. I opened the bleeder valve and tried to prime and it seems like it never gets stiff or fills the bleeder with fuel. Do these primers go bad?? Should the primer have fuel under it?? I took the primer apart and put dielectric grease on the o-rings to see if that would help and it did not... Any input would sure help. The truck had no issues prior to filter change out, it was simply a routine change. HELP:mad:
