Question: Stacking ( modules and tuners)

Hello , I've got a question about stacking.Some say its fine and some say its the worst thing you can do.Whats the deal? I've got a friend that stacks an edge with attitude with a PPE hot + 2 and scrambled his tranny in about a 1/2 hour, he has since fixed the tranz and I think he stacks a Quadzilla sometimes too!!! and another guy had to replace his injectors and the pump.Any how I'm thinking of getting a duramaximizer, and I'll probably use them seperately but was wondering if I was asking for trouble if I stack them. P.S. does the maximizer make the truck run good, I mean I know the Hp levels arent as much as the xcelerator tuner but does it run smoother or the same.:D

I did that stack several years ago, edge and ppe hot, I also had the ppe boost controller inthe mix.............it worked ok, I never tried the duramaximizer though.

Can't stack 2 plugin programmers at the same time like the PPE & Quad
Stacking was an easy fix for removing the speed limiter, no hi boost codes & making 450hp or more at the time.
