Anybody had squirters that were starting to crack when they tire a motor down.. A couple in mine had hairline cracks.

Took a motor apart this week that had a broken one laying in the pan and I think it has been there since day one. Piston was burnt on the bottom side from lack of oil cooling.
Machine guy told me jus te high rom and vibration causes the solder to give and eventually break.. He hasn't seen many do it but it happens
I like the squirters reference. Lol. I checked both the Lly and lb7 engine I have that burnt a piston and neither had any bad "squirters" however they were not real high mileage. How many miles on your squirters.
80k on these squirters.. 10k were run hard.. My ole lady was lookin on here wolly go and said " u couldn't find a better name than squirters??,, y'all are f'd up"
