Ken (subman) is running a set up close to that. Think its a 4094 and a GT55 but I could be wrong. With a built motor it should put you close to the 10s but I've heard that the GTX aren't the best turbo.
you would be better off doing like a htt 66/71/16ss over a gt4718. the 4508 only has a 87mm turbine wheel. the drive pressures on a 4094 are already high and that small of a turbine wheel on the big charger would just compound the issue.
