Aftermarket wheels aren't hubcentric on gm.

Hughes truck is sweet. I watched the tv show when they built it. It's a body swap iirc. They put the 65 body on a 06 chassis & straight axle up front.

Rhall, was that straight axle Dmax Puller kevin eikenberry? Looks like his truck. Everytime I've seen it hook, he's not had bouncing problems. He's known as a cheater (he was caught spraying a few years ago). Regardless, if troy's truck hadn't broke, I'm confident there isn't a 2.8 truck in the country that can beat him. Unreal how well that truck runs!

Yeah that was the truck, a few people told me that about him, the whole truck didnt hop to bad, you could just see the front axle making a god awful wheelhop, you can see it in the video too, maybe it was the shitty track. Yeah, Troy and Josh got another charger for the finals, considering precision was there, but i guess it was smaller, they said it shoulda got the job done, but it just didnt seem to run like it usually does.

Doesn't that mean the only thing supporting the Dodge wheels on a Chevy is the wheel studs? I would want the wheel centered on the hub for support.

The wheels are centered by the chevy lugnuts. GM uses a lugcentric style lugnut. I ran dodge wheels on my truck for about a year a long time ago and had zero issues other than the backspacing. You cant run a 12.50 wide tire or it will rub the a-arm at full lock.

4warned (Darius) ran Dodge wheels on his handshaker for a long while, too.
