ok so sunday i had to tow my car trailer down to my garage. my town is all f'd up right now b/c they are building a new exit and toll booths. so i'm at the light ready to get on the turnpike. i'm in the far right lane, there is a car to my left and the far left lane has to turn left. the far right lane kinda has to go over to the left a little to stay in the right lane. so as the light turns green i get out in front a bit, as i start to go over to the left a bit i notice the yota in the lane next to me not going to the left but staying straight and coming into my lane. i lay on the horn but it's too late, BANG my rear trailer tires wail he pass side and put some nice swirl marks on his white car. F me i'm thinking, while it's his fault anyway i didn't want my sunday to start out like this.
so i see him pull over, so i do as well. i was going to just see what he had to say first before i got pissed off. i get out and he start yelling and screaming, in spanish no less. i lose it, i start explaining to him how he was in the wrong and where the lanes go. he keeps going on and on calling me all kinds of names in spanish. i told him to f off and i'm calling the cops, at this point he pulls out a camera and proceeds to take pics of my truck and the trailer. i even posed and smiled for a few of em

i start to get my license and insurance out and i see him start walking back to his car. he gets in and just takes off, i'm like what the crap!! i manage to get his plate number as he passes. 2 min later the cops show up, i know most of the cops in my town and it turns out one of my buddies show up. i explain what happened and give him the plate number. he said they will send him a ticket for leaving the scene of an accident and hit and run. Sweet!!
sorry for the rant but WTF is wrong with people now-a-days. did he think nothing was gonna happen to him?
