Nothing that I tried to do today went well until late lol. Couldnt decide where to mount the y-block for the fuel supply side, pulled trans cooler fittings out of my radiator and they were different threads than the fittings that came with the cooler lines. Sourced another radiator this afternoon to solve that issue, the fittings in the external trans cooler were also different they were 1/2"npt, I had 1 1/2" npt to -10an fitting, and JB (durtymax) had one also. Went to loosen bleeders to start gravity bleeding while I did other things, broke both bleeders on the rear calipers. Then proceeded to flash Marks tuning into an ecm that I had to send to guy to fix after I had laptop issues during a full flash a few months back, and it would not accept my key that I had flashed it with. I was able to flash a stock tune in via TIS, to resolve that issue. Flashed Marks tuning in, crank no start, and only a 1000 psi rail. Removed the fprv from the PPE block, reinstalled with an impact:D and it fired right up. Sounds like I have an exhaust leak or compression leak on the passenger side, was to busy watching guages and checking for other leaks to really check it out. Ran it for 20-25 minutes, will change the oil in the next few days, and check the noise on the passenger side out to see what it is. Finish putting the grill in, bed back on put a few miles on it, and send it to the body shop hopefully by the end of next weekend. Still have a few bugs to work out, sir light on, service 4wd, steering wheel controls inop just little things that can be fixed later once I get it back from the body shop:thumb:

I havent posted all the struggles I have had trying to get this project done, because I didnt want to whine and bore you all with it. Havent even put the trans in gear yet, and I get to pull it clean install new clutches and send the convertor back to Goerend:mad:. All my fault, due to not testing the used radiator.....

put 10 easy miles on it tonight. Can't get it to perform a fast learn. No matter what year I use on my tech 2 it says this vehicle not supported any ideas?

here is the new blue bomb as I 3 year old daughter calls. I am thinking the recycler, or Heinz 57. Yes my shop is a disaster, going to hopefully get it under control this weekend.

Probably won't see much for progress for awhile. Did buy an e locker for the front diff from a member here, can't wait to get it back and tie up all the loose ends
