SoCal Machine Work

Hey, just moved to SoCal and i have a block that needs to get some machine work. I hope to drop it off soon so they can start some work. What i need is to have the cylinders honed, mains honed, new cam bearings, freeze plugs, and the block checked out. I would prefer if the shop already had a torque plate, but if they don't i can get one. What does everyone use around here? I am located in the Escondido area, but willing to travel.
