I asked the question over there if Steve Cole owned any part of the sight. Will they tell the truth? Can we find out?

Can you? Mike, have you ever seen me involved in any thread about TTS? Did I ever play favorites? Why couldn't you just ask me that question directly? Did you think I wouldn't tell you the truth? I dont get it.

Tom, irony? Are you serious? Last time I checked, my last name isnt D'Amico. You started a new thread because of a funny abreviation? Is that an indirect way of busting my balls?

I just found it funny and ironic that any "old" Place member would accidentally give Steve any advertising like that. Sorry if you dont find the humor in it, but you know he'll be chuckling everytime someone refers to a thread it over at "TTS" now. I figured more than a few people here would laugh, due to their past history with MrCole.

Was not a serious question. Just thought some drama and controversy would be good. :D If Steve had anything to do with your forum it would be run like the former soviet union.

Acronyms can be dangerous. WWF lost a lawsuit with World Wildlife Federation (like those two are related), and was forced to change their name. They are not unique.

A piece of free legal advice, that is worth exactly what you pay for it, I'd avoid referencing TTS as a commercial name. Should you piss him off, there is a chance he could make you change the site name if you reference TTS. He'd probably win.

As far as I know...or at least what I am told... there is only one owner of DTR / The Truck Stop and that is Nick (unit453)

but I can see where some would think it's funny...considering the foundings of many a site from DP bullshit...I still call it DTR :)
