Be careful out there, least by me the roads were fine if you knew how to drive but way to many people out that had no business driving.
There were almost no people out driving. Quite surprising.
You aint seen anything phil. Wait till you cross from md roads to de.....complete sh!t
That is true. Md was way better, except of course my little back road. This was coming back home at 12.

It got real in a hurry! A friend of mine was pushing snow and couldn't make it back my road in his 4wd cummins with almost new mud tires. Thankfully i have friends with tractors.

x2^ We haven't had a storm over about 8 inches since I was in high school 14 years ago. We picked up 18 inches one day here in the valley. When I was working at Grand Targhee Ski resort in Wyoming we picked up 54" in 24 hours. It was crazy!

:roflmao: Was thinking UPS when saw you Avatar. Just could remember if you ever mentioned a duramax.

I went through it as freezing rain. I 55 Missouri, Arkansas early Friday morning. Had 2010 truck and camper glazed with ice.

Grey truck has 727,000 now, Red under 32,000.

My dad didnt believe that storm 2 years ago was that bad. I told him I had snow piles as high as the tractors loader would go.

I was out delivering food to some plow crews and saw this glorious American. He's a local fixture who bikes around all day no matter the weather in full US flag attire.

Our son wanted to go out and play so bad but it was dark, 20 degrees and sleeting. I said hold on a minute buddy. He thanked me about 10 times, makes a dad feel good :D

Between VA Beach & Tallahassee
Saturday 30 miles south of Richmond off I-64 at my buddies new house. The snow got worse and worse as the day went on.

We pulled the kids on an old Cutlass Supreme hood thru the woods and field next to his house. Made the day fun and wore out the kids. Almost forget how cold it was. Had to pull with his F350 since I was about empty.

TX of course
Draging your kids around on the hood of a car...bad....lol... My older cousin would do that to us and he would try and knock us off on some drifts. If you held on for dear life and stayed on. Then he would sling us into a plum thicket or tree.
