well id run a lift.

1. for the ride. it will ride much better with a 4-6" kit thats been lowered down to 4 or a bit less as compared to the leveled front

2. tire clearance (with 33/35ss) wont ever be an issue if you choose the right backspaced wheel and tire setup even decranked and running through the suspension cycle, where as you will get some major rub if you turn the tires and bottom the front end out on a cranked front end.

3. steering parts will last longer. your angle to the tie rod ends will be flat like your CVs saving them and making them last longer, same deal with the idler/pitman arm.

4. your ready for a 4wd boosted lauch anytime. you may think your not goin up in power now but trust me, when you start hittin the 500+hp level, 4wd launches will become much more frequent due to lack of rear wheel traction.

Leveling kits are garbage. Just like James said, all those harsh Angles on your suspension wear everything out and can't use 4x4 reliably. Do a 4" lift and don't look back

i know i can clear 35s w 4" lift but i dont want to, biggest ill go is 33s. and ill be right around the 500hp range next week with the EFIlive then 700-800 sometime towards sring and summer. that being said, i will be wanting to go to the drag strip. i want 18" rims. shit part is the cost of the 4" lift. i like the one Rancho offers.

@madmatt. i like the size of your truck. perfect hieght for my taste and also to pull goosenecks. but still be able to go to the strip on the weekends and make good passes. i do also plan on trans upgrade around the 550-600hp range.

yeah mine rides better then factory and with the front a little lower now the stance is perfect for a work truck that hauls a lot. we get into some rough places in pits at the pulls and i dont have to worry about my tailgate or bedsides when we get twisted up. Thats a 6" TC lowered to 4" i actually like doing it this way better cause it flattens the axles angles out a little better.

I have a 4"-6" Cognito lift set it @ 4" and love it. I also run 33" tires und go drag racing every now and then. It works perfect with the steering upgrades I got, the cv axle angles are perfectly strait. I can even put my stock rims back on for racing if I want to, they still fit with the Cognito kit. I wouldnt get a leveling kit / keys if you wanna race your truck. I would talk to the guys @ http://www.norcaltruck.com/ Nick is a great guy, awsome customer service and products.

awesome lookin rig buddy, thats only @ 5" looks bigger...must be the fender flairs.. those are 33's? whats ur rims & tires? they look nice.

Thanks, I think the 33" makes it look to be a bigger lift. Since these pics I lowered my truck about 1" in the front and 1,5"-2" in the back with some 2" drop shackles.
