Well I figured I would go to the guys who know how to get it done. I have a jeep tj built to the gills. 383 stroker digital injected 550hp est, th350 with 2500 stall, 203 205 doubler, dana 60 hp front 4.56 detroit locked, dana 60 rear 4.56 detroit locked, 1350 cv driveshafts front and rear, 37" goodyear mtr's , with some of the nastiest mods around. But my question is I am looking to go to a sled pulling event and want to enter my jeep. I know its built for crawling, but I just wanna do it. I know I want to limit my rear suspension to about a inch or 2 of rear suspension travel and keep my rear antisquat up so that the rear lifts as much as possible under load. I was wondering if I could get an idea about what gear to choose for pulling. I was thinking maybe the t case in 2:1 and go in drive or second gear. I have alot of gearing options to choose from.
