I wonder if the EPA came down on them and they need money.
Similar color is used or offered by just about every diesel company long before they started claiming trademark...

Not sure how you can trademark the color... the logo maybe but I don't believe any one has a similar logo.

That's the only reason I look at it, comic relief. Oh and the sale stuff. FB Marketplace has pretty much replaced CL.
Scored a set of 2015 Denali headlights and complete Denali front bumper for $800 off of FB Marketplace. Everywhere else would have been over $1,600 for the same parts.

How ever, we should all try to save our money since Sinister is going sue everyone with blue stuff for copyright infringement....
I better start dumping all the blue pins at work, I am also going to have to rewire all my customers machines now.

I basically called them out 4 times on Facebook. Then I started receiving calls from people who got nasty letters. Unfortunately my box has been empty... I know they have my address cuz I purchased parts from them. LOL
Any of the big names get served? Or they just picking on small fish today? From what I heard today I smell a class action in the brewing. You going to attack 10 or 15 different companies you better be willing to back it up it...

I guess Dave and I are going to have to paint our trucks another color now. :hehe:
But in all seriousness, they can only trademark a particular shade of the color, not the color itself. Then they have to show that the other parties are using that particular shade, too. I work for a company whose brown color is trademarked, but only that one shade of brown.
