Jordan, i can get you a pic of the underside of my bed and how i ran my exhaust.

Your better off modifying your existing 4'' system.

Where do you want your stack placed?

I have a 5'' MBRP SS stack, i love it but i think 6'' would be sweet!

My stack sounds pretty quiet while normal driving/idleing, but barks like a Mother when i drop the hammer.

Definitley sounds better also than rear exit, can really hear the turbo/vanes !!

I used a piece of 4'' SS flex and 2- 4'' 90*'s up thru the bed.

van stack would be sweet! about 1/4 inch higher than the roof, right thru the floor and roof in the back right corner. could double as a rear heater in winter and i'd have a spot to heat up my lunch.

the only problem would be leaks, and the resonating if you fixed it to the body of the van would be awful. but would be sahweeet none the less :D:D:D

I would like to keep it so I could always just throw my other exhaust back on. I'll get my stack ordered and a 4" flex. Do I really need a 90* if I use that stainless flew pipe?

Hey Tim pics would be great whenever you have time.

Yes stainless flex dosent bend farther than regular flex... U could prolly find one on eBay or some vendors here mite have one.. Check with chad. They sell badass clamps for the stack to the bed but there like $90.. I built mine. I will get pics if I get home before dark! O I also built a heat box to keep crap from melting to it

So you think the flex can bend to 90* I know have seen it bend 90* on semi's.

no, it wont bend like you want, i'll try to get some pics today for ya how mine is setup. But like i said it all depends on stack Placement.

I kept mine on the right side of the bed so i could still put a 4 wheeler in there if i wanted.

If you want yours more toward the center you will get away with one less
90* .

Tim Z's looks awesome IMO. It's not something you see very regular since it's so much easier to just go straight up from existing exhaust. His looks GOOD!!
