Well, you were wondering what gauge to put in that last empty hole. Maybe ditch the stocker and go Autometer.

How the hell are you working? Isn't it pouring rain and flooding everywhere there?

Yes I am lucky to be working in the pouring rain:rolleyes:
Equipement is on and only took 36 wheels under it to get it on and 2 D8 cats

I love the mud

Same here. Took 12hrs to move 8 trucks 2 miles yesterday with 2 K700 rubber tired loaders and a D9N. 90 000lbs + sandy wet roads = Gay!

It also took the water haulers 4 days to spot 8 - 330 Barrel tanks and fill them! Just to do a 130 ton frac that took a little over an hour and a half to pump!!
I'm trying to get video from somebody here but not sure if it will work.

Its alive!

but not well,we had it running for 10second spurts 3 times and everytime it leaks fuel? all the connections where tightened to spec 37ft/lbs first was the obslolete
pop valve that is now a plug then the connection to the rail from the second cp3 then the first cp3, but we cant see the leak its somewhere around the factory cp3 but all you see is a mist and it wont start now

Im ready to chuck Teds computer out the window.......cant get it to select fuel pids or pressure WTFF they are not even there and ofcouse my laptop is dead:rolleyes:

anyways we knew there would be issues and other than the fuel leaks it sounds awsome and mean:D

the cp3s are not maxxed out but rail pressure must be pretty high as we keep getting these leaks?????

anyways i got get back to the town im working in so I had to leave

we will keep on keepin on on monday

Woo Hoo on the starting  I hope you find the leak :(

Thanks Kat but what concerns me most is WHY? the fuel pressure doesnt sound high?Sure would be nice to know what it was though

I know first hand the sound of a maxxed out cp3 and this aint it,but why all the leaks? the duel fuel HP line is brand new and so is the fitting? and tq with a crows foot to GM PPE spec Ive had probloms before over tightening the lines and dont go there any more:rolleyes::)

well a fresh day and we might get it going, today was a late start and a complete rush into things,Perhaps monday will prove to be better

surely ts something easy, fresh eyes on monday and I bet you get it figured out ;)

ya larry i mean things could be worse...right? it does sound good when its running no knocking or anything but if the stuff leaks now whats going to happen when it gets some real pressure?

I think idle is only what 30- 60 mpa max right? what happens at 190mpa:eek:
it seems to go in a downstream motion too first the relief valve then the lines into the rail but the cp3 doesnt seem to be coming out of the HP line and more like the body:eek::eek::eek:
