Stopped at a gas station yesterday. Upon restart it knocked like there was excessive fuel sitting in the cylinder. Since then it's been rolling diesel smoke at idle. Looks like we have a consensus. Maybe Santa will have some injectors under the tree...

I have exergy 100% lly inj, 16.5:1 oval bowls 6480af, 369/484 turbos. slight haze like 6" out of the exhaust while driving, towing theyre clean and at night i have to use a light to see the haze at idle, like headlights per say... but very very light haze. Nothing major.

Everytime I've sent my injectors to exergy, they claim they find metal in them... that's been the normal for 2-3 years every season. This time Im using diesel injection service like I used to back in the day

Did they send you pictures? I'm not trying to bad mouth anyone, would just be curious if they did and what the pictures looked like. I asked where the metal would be coming from and how to stop it yet really didn't get an answer.

Truck is being parked with minimum weekend runs right now as the girlfriend's '15 Dodge handles most of the hauling duties (it's a gas even :barf:) and we have a little girl showing up in March, along with our 2 year old. So priorities have shifted to modified power wheels for now haha.

No pics. I'm in the same boat, got tons of stuff going on and a little boy due any day now too. I have been there with the powerwheels, moving to a pocket bike motor atv this Christmas !
