Here my pull from last night. Watch the the toe in and defuel at the beginning of the pull. My tbars are all the way down, I have Cognito pitman, idler arm braces and HD tie rods. I don't have the time or money to get a straight centre link before next weekend, would strapping it help? Does anyone know of a good way to do it? Also isn't that defuel crazy, I bet it costs me 10 ft.

Wow; with a lift I don't really know how you would strap, are you running stock keys or green keys? if you do not have a straight center link then yes, you need to strap your front end some how with out a doubt! Oh yeah turn your lights off next time, leave just your running lights on;)

Strapping is always going to help, strap it. Here is a link with some good links and pics. http://www.dieselplace.com/forum/showthread.php?t=162372 I had 05Smoker and his brother show me the first time.
Thanks that should help.

They are stock keys with the bolts out and I can't turn my day time running lights off and the dealer won't because of insurance reasons.

I strap my centerlink and it seems to help compared to the times I didn't. Get less pigeon toe action and I only have cognito rod ends. The only thing that concerns me is I can tighten the straps all the way before the pull, then after the pull they are so loose I can almost get the strap off without releasing it.

That's interesting, I will strap it for next weekend for sure.

If you turn just the running lights on, the day time running lights should shut off. ;)I think, at least they do with my truck, or just pull the fuse for the dtrl. Oh yeah I have yet to see a LMM not defuel like a mofo when pulling importkilla's truck defuels so bad it nearly leaves the ground!:spit: Good luck!

You should also be able to turn it back past the off position (spring loaded momentary) and turn off everything.

I bolted some rachets to my truck to strap my centre link like Tomac's. My truck is lifted 4" in the front, not sure if that matters but do I crank the straps as tight as possible? Will it turn at all with them totally cranked? Sorry just a little nervous going pulling tonight. Oh and thanks I'll try and turn the daytime running lights off.

I crank mine about as hard as they'll go. I just make sure not to turn too sharply. The bar seems to slide in the strap while turning but I use reverse to turn, ALOT. :)
