I have never been let down with UPS. Wouldn't you know it, the ONE time I decided to be a rebel and see if the grass was greener with FED-EX, there were problems. I'm sure 9 out of 10 are solid with FEDEX but I won't use em again. Stay with what works.

Try 9:00pm....12 hr day today. This has been one hell of a peak season. UPS blew their volume projections this year by a LONG way...

ups pulled it thru for me i called to see if i could pick up the cooler and they said around 8:00 tonight at the earliest called at 3:00 and said sitting on her desk any time i want to come and get it Big thanks to ups !! its all back together cooler on / pan dropped filter changed spin on filter on and new trans in her all done ready for snow high satruday 55 sunday may hit record high of 63 ??? A thanks to mike for all his time !!!
12 hour days. Makes my 15 hour days seem short. especially 6 a week.
But I do agree. Being under staffed sucks.
Every company seems under staffed. We work around 800-1000 ot hours a year. 15 hour days suck fwiw.
