im having some problems with one of our other trucks. Its not the one in my sig, is a bone stock LMM with about 80k miles.
I was driving it today and i noticed when i came to a stop about 2-5 seconds after coming to a stop the truck would jump foward a little bit and i would feel a bump from the trans. I drove it around some more thinking it was just a freak thing but it keeps doing it.
It shifts fine through all the gears up/down except when it downshifts to first and comes to a stop. Its like the converter or somthing is not unlocking when i come to a stop.
even if i crank the truck up in neutral about 4 seconds after starting it you can feel somthing in the trans kinda bump or engauge. I tried logging some data with the scantool but i didnt know what PID's to select and i was having trouble connecting to the TCM.
I reset TAPS and drove it around for about 20 miles and it still does it. Is it the converter or a solenoid, valve sticking? I changed the fluid about 30k miles ago. sorry for the long post fellows, and any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
