Haha, no, but I did get that somewhat fixed. door works good now
seen it done that way but I prefer to use a cheetah bead blaster as a safer alternative. But since not everybody has a cheetah laying around ether works.
althugh cheetahs are good for more than just seating beads, they make for good pranks too. Buddy of mine at work borrowed one and put it in a refrigerator box full of packing peanuts. he tied a string to the valve and when his little bro opened it on christmas he released the valve.
Ive been known to blast a few people in the ass quite often myself.

Used to do it all the time on our rigs. Any one done it with a split rim ring and still around to tell about it?

I'll get a picture of the perfect ring in our 16 foot ceiling in the shop from a split/suicide rim that we did that with. Make sure the retaining ring is on before you go and try to set it.
I have found safer ways to do it with a ratchet strap but that is still the quickest.
holy chit i just looked at how much they get for a cheetah, $425 and its just a tank with a gauge, valve and pressure release valve.

That's exactly how we did ours. Drop the match and run. Sometimes we would use a small propane torch. BOOOOMMM!!!!!!!
