Ok so a customer brought an 08 lmm dually C@C to my shop and wanted a new t case put in. he had it troubleshot somewhere and they said it was bad I messed with it and it wouldn't go into 4 wd so I put a new one in at his request yesterday. when I tested it it seemed t be in neutral and wouldn't shift at all into a range. hooked my modus up and commanded the t case to 4 lo and then it worked, commanded it to 2 hi and it worked. but the dial on the dash won't switch it which before it would actually go from 2 hi to neutral when I put it in 4 lo. the switch on the dash lights up when the key is first turned on but never does after that and it did show the indicator lights before I changed out the t case. any ideas?

Should be a relearn for the tcase motor I just had to do one for a customer last week. I used a snap on verus pro.

well I think I just messed up lol. I found online where it says to put the t case in neutral, I swapped encoder motors off the old t case just in case the new one would only work with the updated programming I've been reading about and since I don't have a way to put the encoder motor to the neutral position i'm not sure what to do there?
