Buck spruill, he lives right up the road from me in creswell nc. He's N2ODMAX on the 10.99 and quicker list. If I'm not mistaken he is the quickest factory bodied Dmax there is?
I've heard local rumors that he has clicked off a couple 5.8X 1/8th mile runs in the not so distant past.
Yea, I've heard the same. He has held the honor of fasted stock body for a loooooong time... Lol...
I think Rob Coddens held the record for a while but if I'm not mistaken buck can be credited for being the first to break into the 12s, 11s, 10s, and 9s?
I've seen it run in person several times, I like the fact he gives it everything he has every run. If he's win in by half a track he still puts on a show.
It has some fiberglass but if I'm not mistaken it was in the 9's before fiberglass. It had a full chassis, stock springs and I think only spring clamps for suspension mods up until he did the 4 link. No track bars best I can remember.
When I first saw him run in 08, it was defintely not fiberglass. Im sure he has modded it now to gain an advantage but he has been setting the bench mark longer than anybody else...

I was a TRE one day picking up a trans and met him there and he said he pulled the Allison 40 times in one season before he switched to a dodge trans and had TRE build it! That's dedication!!!!
