we made it home finally about 9:30 last night. 27 hrs in a truck, about 10 of those in bumper to bumper traffic, was not fun. I'm not sure when NY will be reopening any bridges but unless they were of substantial clearance, they are gone. I was not expecting there to be so much damage inland, I am just happy the Pioneer Valley area of Mass didn't get much more than heavy rain. We already had a Tornado this year, no need for more strange weather.

Matt, tell the boys that next year they might have to upgrade their squirt guns to super soakers:thumb: or else they are gonna get whomped

Well the track is our home track and isnt run by the fairgrounds or scheid. It is going to cost them $107,000 to resurface it. And they hardly make any money the SDX weekend because scheid doesnt give them much. It isnt the best track in the world but plenty of other people were doing just fine. My husband races on this track every weekend and ran a 7.94, his best time. U get what u pay for and entry fees werent much. The guy going in the bushes wasnt the tracks fault, his chute didnt come out, but thank god they opened the back gate so he didnt go through it. He is alive thats all that matters!
