The bolts holding the heat shield onto the turbo and stock downpipe are 10mm and the v band clamp is 11mm, the bolts from the exhaust manifold to the up pipe are 12 point 12mm. You don't even need to take the heatshield all the way off the turbo. Rotate it to the driver's side down out of the way and let it sit there while you work.

Thanks for the helpful info guys. The thing with the cobalt series is they are LED, I had my old cobalts wired into the factory dimmer and they were either on or off while using the factory dimmer so Ill have to get the one from autometer so it will dim a bit.

Ya that's it:) The 12mm should be a good quality wrench and also good to have a 12mm 12 point socket for the Job...Not so much for the DP but the BD manifold and for futre when you swap turbos:D

FWIW Intercooler line clamps use the same 11mm wrench and as othergrl said the ratchet wrenchs are very nice a deep socket wont work and a normal wrench will take for ever

And ya you are correct about the heat shield,But mine has been on/off So many times i dont even bother pulling it to the side

I would love to have a top side creeper,That would be the ticket for turbo swaps IMO

I got everything needed, but it never hurts to have too many tools, I'll time myself this weekend, I'm installing a elec. pyro and elec fuel pressure gauge, so I should get a good idea, and if its a morning install, there wont be any beer involved to slow me down :beer
